What
to expect when contacting us by phone: We
aren't perfect. Sometimes, especially during summer months,
we may be out of the office for extended periods of time.
We are a small family-owned company and do not have full
time employees except for ourselves. To help manage those
times when we are out of the office, we have employed an
answering service company - Centratel - who handles our
calls if we are not in the office. Anytime you leave
a message with them, or on our office voice mail system,
we are paged immediately. Please be assured that
your needs are very important to us and we will respond.
If your issue is urgent, mentioning this to the operator
will expedite your call.
Our
usual office business hours are Mon-Fri from 10:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m. PST, but you can call anytime.
